Terms of Use and Enrollment
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of taxlienintelligence.com and Tax Lien Intelligence classes, educational resources, and related services operated by Regennovations property Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling or purchasing after being presented with these terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase. Separate written terms expressly supplied for a particular service control where they conflict with these terms.
Educational purpose and investment risk
Our content provides general education about tax liens, tax deeds, property research, and investment decision processes. It is not individualized legal, tax, financial, investment, title, or real estate advice. Enrollment does not establish an attorney-client, fiduciary, brokerage, or investment-advisory relationship.
Tax-sale laws, redemption rights, title risks, auction procedures, interest calculations, and premium treatment vary by jurisdiction and may change. Independently verify information with the responsible government office and appropriately qualified professionals before acting. Examples and calculations may be hypothetical. No property acquisition, income, return, profit, title condition, or other result is promised. You remain responsible for your decisions and may lose capital.
Eligibility and registration
Paid enrollment is intended for adults age 18 or older who can enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate contact information and keep your email address current. You are responsible for access to a compatible device, internet connection, Zoom, and the email account used to register. Contact support before the session if you have not received access details; check spam folders as well.
Free class and paid program
The recurring free class is scheduled for Tuesdays at 6:00 PM Eastern Time, subject to separately announced schedule changes. Register for the actual occurrence you intend to attend.
The paid masterclass is a separate US $99, three-session live Zoom program. The free class schedule does not automatically establish the dates of the paid program. Cohorts meet on the first, second and third Saturdays of every month, 10:00 AM to noon Eastern (America/New_York). Enrollment enters the next cohort whose 9:00 AM Eastern first-Saturday cutoff has not passed; later purchases enter the following month. One free future-cohort transfer is included per purchase, effective after staff confirms your requested month by email. The $99 purchase is a one-time charge, not recurring billing. Additional products or services require a separate purchase. Any taxes and additional charges must be disclosed before payment.
Payment and access
Payments are processed through our payment service providers, including Stripe through GoHighLevel. Access is provided after successful payment and any stated registration requirements are met. Access links are for the registered participant and must not be posted publicly, resold, or shared with unregistered persons. We will not request your payment password or complete card details by email, text or phone.
Refunds and cancellation
Registration is non-refundable except as stated in our Refund and Cancellation Policy or required by law. That policy forms part of these terms and must be displayed before purchase. In particular, organizer cancellation without an accepted replacement, undelivered sessions, and qualifying material schedule changes are treated as described there.
Materials and intellectual property
We or our licensors own the educational materials, branding, and original content. Enrollment grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use materials supplied to you for your personal learning. You may not reproduce, sell, redistribute, publish, or record course content without written permission, except where applicable law permits. You retain ownership of your own submissions and grant us only the permission necessary to administer the class and respond to your questions.
Participation and recording
Participate respectfully. Do not harass others, disrupt sessions, post unlawful content, or disclose another person's private information. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, complete card details, or confidential documents in class or chat.
If we record a session, we will provide notice before recording and obtain any consent required by law. Recording may capture your name, voice, video, chat, or contributions. You may keep your camera and microphone off and contact us about participation alternatives. Enrollment alone is not consent for promotional use of your likeness or testimonial. We will obtain separate permission for that use. Replays are not promised unless expressly included in the program description.
We may remove a participant to protect others or prevent unlawful conduct. Any refund consequence will be assessed consistently with the disclosed policy and applicable law; removal is not a waiver of mandatory rights.
Communication preferences
Registration permits necessary service communications about your booking or purchase. Optional marketing email is governed by the choice you make. This program uses email only; it does not use WhatsApp, SMS or telephone marketing. We honor applicable opt-outs and do-not-contact requests. See the Privacy Notice for details.
Third-party services and availability
Zoom, Stripe, GoHighLevel, hosting providers, and linked third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability. We will take reasonable steps to resolve delivery problems affecting the services you purchase; these terms do not remove the refund remedies stated in our policy.
Responsibility and legal rights
Use the website and educational content lawfully. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or that general information will suit your individual circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses failure to deliver the purchased service, or waives rights concerning fraud, unlawful conduct, or mandatory consumer protections.
Disputes, governing law, and changes
Please first contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve a concern. Maryland law governs these terms to the extent permitted, without depriving you of mandatory protections under another applicable law. These terms do not require arbitration or waive access to a court or regulator.
We may update terms for future use and future purchases by posting a new effective date. Material changes to an existing paid enrollment require notice and will not retroactively remove rights or promised benefits. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
