Refund and Cancellation Policy
Three-session paid masterclass
Registration for the Tax Lien Intelligence paid masterclass costs US $99 total for three live online sessions delivered through Zoom. This is a one-time registration, not a subscription. Any applicable tax will be disclosed before payment. Session dates, times, and any access conditions will be shown before purchase. The current cohort meets the first, second and third Saturdays of every month, 10:00 AM to noon Eastern (America/New_York). Zoom access details are sent by email to registered participants.
Non-refundable registration
Registration is non-refundable once payment is completed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided below. We reserve your place and prepare for the course based on your registration.
We do not provide refunds for a change of mind, scheduling conflicts, nonattendance, partial attendance, late arrival, leaving early, or participant-side internet, device, software, or email problems. Missing a session does not create a right to a refund or an individual replacement session. Recordings, replays, substitutions, transfers, and make-up sessions are included only if expressly offered in the program description or subsequently agreed by us in writing.
Monthly enrollment and one free transfer
Each $99 purchase covers one monthly cohort. Enrollment is for the next cohort whose 9:00 AM Eastern first-Saturday cutoff has not passed; later purchases enter the following month. One free transfer to a future monthly cohort is included per purchase. Email [email protected] with your registration email and preferred month. The transfer is effective when we confirm it, and does not create a refund entitlement. A second transfer is not included.
Cancellation or material changes by us
If we cancel the entire paid program without providing a replacement program you accept, we will refund the amount paid. If we cannot provide one or more of the three sessions, you may accept replacement sessions or request a proportionate refund for the undelivered sessions. If we materially change the advertised dates or delivery format and you cannot attend, contact us before the affected session to request a refund for the undelivered portion. These exceptions do not apply to changes you request for personal reasons.
Payment errors and legal rights
Contact [email protected] promptly about duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or suspected unauthorized transactions. Confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges will be corrected. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights or lawful payment-dispute rights.

Include your name, registration email, program name, and order reference. Do not email full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
