Information we collect

• Registration and contact information: name, email, state or county of interest, experience level, and communication preferences you provide.
• Class and service records: bookings, session dates, attendance where available, support correspondence, survey responses, and participation information. If a session is recorded with appropriate notice and consent, this can include voice, video, chat, and display name.
• Payment and order information: product purchased, amount, payment status, order reference, and limited payment details supplied by the processor. Payment credentials are processed by the payment provider; do not send them to us by email or chat.
• Technical and interaction information: information generated when you use the website or messages, such as IP address, device/browser data, timestamps, security logs, and, where configured and permitted, page visits, email opens, or link interactions.
• Consent and preference records: the notice presented, consent wording/version, selected channels, source, date/time, and subsequent opt-outs; technical evidence such as IP address may be stored where available and appropriate.

We do not ask for sensitive financial, medical, identity, or other confidential information to register for educational classes. Please do not submit it.

How we use information

We use information to process registrations and payments; provide class access and resources; send confirmations and reminders; respond to questions; administer attendance and customer support; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain appropriate accounting and consent records; improve our services; and comply with legal obligations. We send optional marketing communications according to your choices and applicable law.

Service providers and other disclosures

We share relevant information with providers that help deliver these services, including GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for website hosting, CRM and communications, Hostinger for domain and email services, Stripe for payments, and Zoom for live classes. Each receives the information needed for the services it performs, subject to the relevant arrangements and its own applicable privacy terms. Our use of a provider does not mean every listed feature is active.

We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, with your direction, or in a business reorganization subject to applicable safeguards. Other participants may see your Zoom display name and anything you choose to share during a class. Do not disclose information you want kept private.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process it on our behalf to deliver the communications you request. Advertising pixels or uses treated as a sale, targeted advertising, or cross-context sharing under applicable law will not be enabled without the required assessment, notice, and controls.

Email communications

Booking or purchase emails provide necessary service information. Marketing email is optional; use the unsubscribe link or email us to change preferences. Unsubscribing from marketing does not itself cancel your registration or purchase. Essential transaction messages may still be sent where lawful.

Class confirmations and reminders are sent by email. This program does not use WhatsApp, SMS or telephone marketing. Optional marketing email consent is recorded separately from necessary booking and purchase communications.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our site and embedded services may use technologies needed for security, session management, form submission, and checkout. Nonessential analytics or advertising technologies require appropriate notice and choices under applicable law. Browser settings can control some cookies; blocking them may affect site functions. We will honor applicable consent preferences and legally required opt-out signals where required.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including delivery, support, financial records, disputes, security, and legal requirements. Consent and opt-out records may be retained to demonstrate and honor your choices. Retention periods depend on the category of record and applicable requirements; we review records and delete or de-identify them when no longer needed.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet service or security measure can guarantee absolute security. Please use secure devices and avoid sharing access links or payment credentials.

Your choices and rights

Children and international processing

Our paid programs are intended for adults 18 and older and our website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's information in violation of applicable law. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information so we can assess and address it.

We are based in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other locations, subject to applicable legal requirements. This notice does not by itself create consent to an international transfer where a separate legal mechanism is required.
